While at Sea World today, in addition to getting to experience the killer whale performances and other attractions, we got to be part of a very special engagement proposal! CJ proposed to Lindsay while on the Flamingo boat rides at Sea World — and, not surprisingly, she… This evening I had the pleasure of hearing Travis Broxton speak about his wedding photography business. Travis, of Broxton Art in Colorado, is an amazingly talented artist and photographer. The program was planned by Detroit Professional Photographers Association (DPPA), and his program, like most I attend, gave me some great ideas for making Betsy’s Photography… This weekend has been busy for us — we spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday photographing the Chelsea Invitation Hockey Tournament. The Chelsea Invitation was held at the Artic Coliseum in Chelsea, Michigan. The four-team round-robin tournament was filled with excitement and many hard-working players. Four teams participated: the Michigan Stars, Ann Arbor Wolves, Sylvania Maple… Ann Arbor’s Arbor Opera Theater will perform La Traviata at the Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre. There will be four performances during June, so check your calendars: June 14-17, 2007. The production company is composed of professional singers from Southeast Michigan.
