Betsy became a Master Photographer in 2012, when she received her Master of Photography degree from the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Betsy’s award-winning competition prints that qualified her to become a Master Photographer include several landscapes, and portraits animals, children, seniors, and families.
Photographic Craftsman
Betsy received the title Photographic Craftsman after receiving her Photographic Craftsman degree in 2010 from PPA. This degree is conferred to photographers who have met the standards of excellence set by PPA for service to the photographic profession as an orator, author and mentor.
Certified Professional Photographer
Betsy earned this designation in 2006 after meeting rigorous requirements measuring her artistic and technical competence. Photographers must pass a comprehensive written exam measuring technical expertise and successfully submit their work to a panel of judges for review and approval.
