I thought it would be neat to go for an old time portrait look. And here is the Civil War era portrait!  Just before ringing in the new year, I got to go to Depot Town in Ypsilanti for a fun senior portrait session with Josie! We found a lot of fun spots to create some unique senior portraits; I’m particularly partial to the train caboose ones. And then, as it started getting dark, we took to…  I love it when my clients have a clear vision for their portrait session! For this particular session, my client (an author) knew that he wanted a monochromatic portrait that would meld with the serious nature of his book. So, we went for a more subdued and artistic portrait… and here is the final image…  This weekend I got our little family together to sit for a fun family portrait session!
